Home sales were a frenzy these last 18+ months while sellers took advantage of demand for housing as people began to reassess what they want and need in their homes. Shelter in place made us realize we need more space. There is less for sale today while rates slowly rise…still making this a great time to sell.

Houses preserve their real value during high inflation. I know firsthand that if you want or need to sell during a down market - DON’T!
As long as you can remain consistent with paying your mortgage and life’s expenses, just hold on until the market turns. If you don’t need to sell, then this is a non-issue for you.

Buyers can benefit in today’s market by having their agent submit a creative offer that stands out. The rates are still at a place where a decent monthly payment is achievable. A large down payment is not mandatory. There are a plethora of lending programs to suit your financial needs.
